I had an excellent experience at this storage facility thanks to Stacy and Michelle. From the moment I walked in, both of them greeted me with warmth and compassion and took the time to explain everything in great detail about the storage space I was renting. They were very welcoming, patient, and thorough, which made the entire process easy and stress-free. Stacy was filling in from the other facility down the street , the first time I visited the facility, and she left such a positive impression that I knew I wanted to come back and make this my storage facility. She explained everything clearly, including access, hours, and all the important details I needed to know. The customer service I received from both Stacy and Michelle was outstanding. They truly went above and beyond, and I was very impressed. Highly recommend this facility because of their professionalism and kindness.
